Earth, Fire and Water Serail – 1hour

Body boosting, detoxifying and skin brightening, this journey is all about the self: it begins as you enter a cosy relaxation space lit by an open fire; slip out of your robe before entering the earth space, the inner chamber where a collection of conditioning fossil muds await. A sequence of dry heat, essential oil infused steam and light therapy fills the room as you apply the muds, relax into a lounger, let your pores open and your mind become at peace. Before coming back into the world, take a private shower in the pod and slowly re-adjust in the relaxation space.

Tension-relief deep tissue body massage – Our deep tissue massage therapy will help to release deep-seated muscle tension together with reviving Ardèche ambrusca grape leaf essential oils to energise your mood.

Calming soothe-away body massage – Our de-stressing and relaxing body massage will help you to drift away with a blend of gently flowing, hypnotic massage movements and Moroccan cedrus tree oil.

Re-energising shiatswe body massage – Our unique fusion of Swedish massage, shiatsu pressure point manipulation and body stretching techniques will help invigorate and re-energise you. Vital marine samphire essential oils help to relieve lingering stresses and rid your body of stagnant energy.

Desert Bloom Hydrating Manicure – 1hour

A revitalizing nail, hand and arm therapy that will leave your skin soft, silky and hydrated, your nails and cuticles in great shape, and your colour fresh and hard-wearing. Your hands will be soaked, buffed and moisturised and then we will treat your arms, hands and palms to a relaxing acupressure massage. Nails are finally precision polished in your chosen shade including top and base coats.

Samphire Vital Pedicure – 1hour 15mins

Relax while we indulge your feet and legs. Emerge with smooth, moisturised skin, immaculate cuticles, precision polish and a revived mood. Your soles and heels are soaked and polished, before your feet and lower legs are given a hydrating and stress-relieving massage; finish with an application of your chosen nail polish – including base and top coats.
