Earth, Fire & Water Serial ~ Step into this dedicated space and prepare to emerge with an altered reality. Body boosting, detoxifying and skin brightening, this journey is all about the self: it begins as you enter a cosy relaxation space lit by an open fire; slip out of your robe before entering the earthspace, the inner chamber where a collection of conditioning fossil muds await. A sequence of dry heath essential oil infused steam and light therapy fills the room as you apply the muds, relax into a lounger, let your pores open and your mind become at peace. Before coming back into the world, take a private shower in the pod and slowly readjust in the relaxation space. Duration 1 Hour

Gulfstream underwater therapy ~ Our gulfstream hydrotherapy pool is an unforgettable experience and is at the heart of all our treatments. This truly indulgent water therapy leaves you relaxed and free of aches and tensions. Ease your way through the warm water to the submerged aerated lounger. Submerged multi-level jets of water massage key points of the body. A large ‘Swan Neck’ gives that finishing touch to ease muscle tightness in the neck area. This is a lovely therapy to enjoy alone or with a partner. Ideal to warm up the muscles, break down toxin build up or simply drift away in a unique environment. Complete your hydrotherapy experience with one of our signature sorbets to harmonise body, mind and soul. Duration 1 Hour
Having decided on your choice of signature therapies now choose one of the following;
Sultry Face & Body Hot Pebble Retreat ~ Warm stones do the most incredible things to the body. Our indulgent body massage and facial uses hot volcanic lava pebbles to give a deep tissue massage penetrating to the very core of your muscles. Feel yourself unfurl as we massage your energy points and treat you to a personalised lymphatic drainage facial and deep scalp massage. Duration 1 Hour 15 minutes
Ideal for anyone in need of some deeply relaxing downtime; those who want a combined facial and body massage therapy; times when you have muscle aches and tension.
Or
Ambrusca Purifying Kese Ritual ~ A flavour of the hamam. Immerse yourself in the world of body purification with our body, skin, hair and mood enlivener. This brings together Middle Eastern-style Kese exfoliation, detoxifying deep pore cleansing, anointment techniques, a hair masque and scalp massage. Duration 1 hour 15 minutes.
Ideal for anyone feeling out of condition; dull, tired-looking skin tone; those wanting to kick-start a detox programme.

This price includes your choice of Molton Brown Signature Therapies followed by either a Sultry Face & Body Hot Pebble retreat or Ambrusca Purifying Kese Ritual. In addition you will enjoy overnight accommodation in a classic guest room with full Irish Breakfast on your morning of departure. This package is subject to availability.
