What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations make within 48 hours of your appointment time will incur a fee of 50% of the therapy. Cancellations made within 12 hours will be charged at the full price of the therapy.
What should I wear to the Spa for my appointment?
We advise guests to our spa to arrive to the spa wearing their day clothes. On arrival, our spa receptionist will provide you with your comfortable bathrobe and slippers.
How long before my appointment time should I arrive to the Spa?
We advise guests to arrive to the Spa 20 minutes prior to their appointment time.
Is it possible to book specific therapies prior to my arrival to the Spa?
We suggest that you book "time" rather than specific therapies prior to your arrival. Each of our therapists have been specially trained by Molton Brown to consult with you and plan a spa journey that will be unique to you.
Are Men welcome in the Spa?
Absolutely. All of our therapies are available to Men.
Do you offer a couples suite?
Do I need to wear a bathing suit in the Gulfstream Hydrotherapy Pool?
Do I need to wear a bathing suit in the Earth, Fire and Water Serial?
A bathing suit is optional for this therapy.
Is it possible to reserve the complete spa for a private group?
Yes, our sales office will be pleased to assist with your request.
If I book a full or half day Spa package, is it possible to have lunch in the Spa?
Yes, our Chef will prepare a light lunch to compliment your therapy.
Is it possible to purchase a Gift? Certificate?
Yes. We like to get an idea of the recipients likes, dislikes and personality. This information will assist us in ensuring your purchase is tailored made to suit these traits.
Is it possible to purchase Molton Brown product and have it sent as a gift or to my home?
